To place an order or if you have any questions about our gift baskets please contact us at 704-655-8103. Our customer service representatives specialize in creating custom gift baskets and will be glad to assist you in creating a gift basket that is truly a reflection of your good taste.

  • Monday Through Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
  • Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm EST
  • Sunday: Closed

Guarantee

We guarantee the satisfaction of both quality and service. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value as needed.

Corporate Gifts

Corporate accounts are established on a case by case basis. Please contact us at 704-655-8103 for further information. We offer corporate volume discounts on total order size as follows: ( a 50% deposit may be required at time of order)

  • $1,500 – $2,500: 5%
  • $2,501 – $10,000: 10%
  • $10,001 & Over: Call

Personal Order

All personal orders must be paid by Master Card, Visa or American Express, cash, money order or personal check. All personal checks must clear the bank before order is delivered or shipped.

Returns

We take great pride in the packaging of our gift baskets, so if any package is damaged during shipping it is important to contact us immediately. The carrier may require all packaging material and contents to be returned, to insure a refund or replacement. All merchandise must be returned in original carton and no credit can be given until all contents have been received and inspected.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time prior to shipment. Please call 704-655-8103.

Shipping/Delivery

We provide local delivery to the Charlotte area and ship Nationwide via FedEx.
